1. Why subscription instead of buying single courses?
We believe in continuous learning. A subscription gives you access to all content, new updates, and additional resources – more flexible and cost-effective than purchasing courses individually.
2. Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime.
Monthly plans: Cancellations take effect at the end of the current month. You will be charged for the full month in which you cancel, and your access will continue until the month ends.
Annual plans: Cancellations take effect at the end of the subscription period.
3. What’s included in the Academy subscription?
The Academy gives you unlimited access to all self-paced eLearning nuggets and modules. New content is added regularly.
Private members: Self-paced only, no mandatory exams. Optional 1:1 coaching sessions can be booked separately.
Corporate members: Weekly 45 min. Q&A sessions are included. Invoices are issued to company addresses only.
4. Can I book individual coaching?
Yes. As an Academy member you can book 1:1 coaching sessions as an add-on to your subscription. Each session lasts 60 minutes and costs 149 € (incl. VAT).
Coaching is a powerful way to deepen your learning:
You can bring in your own questions, challenges, or real-life cases.
The session helps you apply what you’ve learned in the Academy directly to your work.
Individual feedback makes sure you progress faster and with more confidence.
Many learners find that combining the Academy’s self-paced modules with occasional coaching sessions significantly increases their success and transfer into practice.
5. Do you offer solutions for companies?
Yes. In addition to the Corporate Academy, we are preparing two new formats:
- the Red Bridge Team Sprint and
- the Bridge Wallet.
Both are planned to launch in 2026.
Until then, companies can already book the Corporate Academy and individual coaching or consulting.
6. What is the Sprint program?
The Red Bridge Team Sprint is a 4-week program for teams.
It will include a
- live online kick-off session,
- weekly team meetings and
- a final lab and
- Academy access during the sprint.

The Bridge Wallet is a flexible credit system for companies.
